I got here through real estate. Over four years I completed more than a hundred creative finance transactions — subject-to deals, seller financing, the whole playbook. My wife Karolyn and I built a portfolio of 45 rental properties, and she raised capital for over 600 multifamily doors through FundsFormula.

Along the way, I kept running into the same problem: the systems everyone was using didn't hold up. Leads slipped through the cracks. Follow-up was inconsistent. People were duct-taping tools together and hoping nothing broke. The businesses that were actually scaling weren't the ones working hardest — they were the ones with systems that didn't fall apart under pressure.

So I started building my own. First it was Blast CRM — a system I built for my own real estate operation. Then LOI Blaster, which automated the offer submission process. People saw what I built and started asking me to build systems for them.
