I ran into the same walls my clients hit: leads falling through the cracks, no system to follow up, a business nobody could find on Google while worse competitors ranked above it. So I built the systems I wish I had.
RankGrid started because I kept watching good operators (investors, contractors) lose deals to whoever showed up first in the search results. So I built the thing that gets them found: keyword research, a geo-grid that shows exactly where they rank, and a lead site built to climb. Real problem first, product second. That's how I build.
I also co-founded LOI Blaster, an LOI automation tool for real estate investors. I sold my equity in January 2026 and am no longer involved.
Karolyn and I appeared as guest hosts on select episodes of Get Creative with Pace Morby, and I co-hosted The Rainmakers Real Estate Podcast with Bobby Souza in 2025.
